Happy #MaskMonday! This week it’s all about the Banish Pumpkin Enzyme Mask. We’ve been using this mask for a few months to help exfoliate our skin. The first thing we noticed when we tried this mask was the smell. You can’t go wrong with pumpkin! It honestly smells good enough to eat. DON’T DO IT. We also love that this mask is natural and organic. You guys know that we love using products that aren’t harsh on our skin. This product fits that criteria. The purpose of this mask is to exfoliate your skin without having to scrub. That’s a huge plus. We do use scrubs but it’s nice to use a less harsh product. Aside from the smell, the next thing we noticed was the minor stinging sensation. Yes, this mask does sting for the first few minutes. It even says on the package to prepare for this because of the exfoliating ingredients. We obviously don’t love this part of the mask but it does go away pretty quickly. The rest of the time your face actually feels really good. After seeing the results, we can live with the temporary stinging. Our skin is so smooth after using this mask and has a bit of a glow. It’s important to exfoliate to remove dead skin cells and reveal fresh looking skin. We only use this mask once a week because we don’t want to over-exfoliate. We like to apply a thin layer all over and let dry for about 10 minutes. If the stinging is too much, rinse off and give your skin a break. We really do love the results we’ve seen from this mask. Our skin feels fresh and smooth after each use. If you’re in the market for a new exfoliating product, check out this mask!

We hope you guys have a great week! Until next time…

This is my favouritest mask ever, I absolutely love it!! I do agree that it stings like hell when you put it on though – but I guess it’s all no pain no gain kind of policy here haha! x
