OUR QUICK AND HEALTHY SNACK

We bought an air fryer and our sweet potatoes will never be the same. Lol dramatic but true. We make sweet potatoes at least once a week. It’s a staple in our house, whether it be a side for dinner or just a snack. We realize we post about this a lot on IG so we figured it was time to take it over to the blog.

DIRECTIONS

Cube sweet potatoes

Dress with olive oil

Sprinkle on pink salt, pepper, and fresh rosemary (we just bought a rosemary bush and we’re obsessed).

Bake in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Here’s a link for the air fryer we have. If you don’t have an air fryer, bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Seasonal Option: add pumpkin spice and/or cinnamon for a fall treat.
