The Bedside Essentials You Didn’t Know You Needed

Your bedside table is more than just a home for your glass of water at night. It’s a reflection of your personality and an extension of the self-care you should be giving yourself. It’s also a great opportunity to flex your creativity by curating a space that brings you joy. Remember, it’s the little things that can make the biggest impact. For us, there are some key ingredients to creating the perfect bedside table!

First up is a face roller. Nighttime skincare is something we take seriously. It’s a ritual and form of self-care that truly relaxes us. It puts us in a state of peace — perfect before a good night’s sleep. We have a few different rollers we love. ReFa and NuFACE are the top two for us. Technically NuFACE isn’t just a roller but it still is a bedside staple. We love getting into bed, applying some facial oil, and rolling away the stress of the day. Ugh, it’s just magic.

Next on the list is a lip mask. We swear by the Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask. It’s a total game-changer — especially during the cold months.

Keeping a book on your table is a good way to keep yourself from mindlessly scrolling on your phone. We like to put down our phones and dive into the pages of a good book. We tend to gravitate towards books that teach us something. Our latest purchase is “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” via Amazon. We just started it but will keep you posted.

Is there really any surprise that we have fresh flowers on the list? For us, fresh flowers are a must throughout our home. It’s an easy way to bring life and color to a space. We go to Trader Joe’s every other week to stock up on fresh flowers and greenery.

Hand cream and CBD oil are the last two must-haves on our bedside table. Once we’ve settled into bed, we take our CBD and lather up our hands with a hydrating hand cream. As Mike has mentioned many times, CBD is his ride or die. It helps him get a very restful nights sleep and eases his mind of any stress and anxiety
