We’ve all heard of red light therapy for the face, but have you heard of full-body red light therapy? It’s pretty amazing! We purchased an at-home device but many gyms and spas have these too. The full body red light we currently use at home has red light technology combined with Near Infrared Light to help penetrate deeper into the tissues of the body.
