Guys, you all know that breakfast is the most important part of the day. That doesn’t mean we all have time to make an extravagant meal. Of course, we have those mornings where we feel like a top chef and make a gourmet spread. Unfortunately, that day is not a regular occurrence. Most mornings, we are running out the door with our head spinning. That doesn’t mean we can forget to eat. We love making things that are simple and easy to take on the road. We are always looking for ways to take our breakfast on the go. That’s why we turn to our “Morning Energy Parfait”. This is seriously so good and super simple to make. We’re able to get our key nutrients and protein without being stuck in the kitchen. The best part about this breakfast is its ability to be devoured on the road. Whether you are walking to work or catching the subway, you’re good to go.

Purely Elizabeth Granola – flavor of your choice
Wild Friends Peanut Butter – flavor of your choice
Top yogurt with a handful of granola and scoop of peanut butter. Enjoy!
How easy is that?! We love mixing up the flavors of yogurt and granola. This combination is coconut yogurt and pumpkin fig granola. SO GOOD.
