We’ve already made it to day four of Blogmas! The holiday season is in full swing and we’re loving every minute of it. Last night, we went to a drive-thru Christmas light display at Shady Brook Farm. That really had us in the holiday spirit! Now today we’re sharing our holiday home tour with you. We have a lot of photos so we want to keep the words to a minimum. We used a lot of fresh garland and neutral colors this year. We wanted the holiday decor to fit in with the current decor to give a cohesive feel throughout. You’ll notice the garland goes up to the third floor to make a statement. We also added twinkling trees on the main floor to create a cozy and inviting ambiance. We try to reuse a lot of the previous year’s decor as much as possible — just in a different way that gives it a fresh feel. Though we didn’t use the reindeer this year lol. If we have time to finish the basement, we might use them downstairs. Stay tuned for that! Overall, we wanted a fresh, natural, tonal feeling throughout the house. We hope you enjoy taking a stroll through our home. If only we were able to finish it off with a hot chocolate and a movie. Enjoy! xo
