For the crispy tofu…
- Extra Firm Tofu
- Gluten free bread crumbs
- Corn starch
- Black Pepper
- Salt
- Garlic Powder
For the slaw…
- Any bagged slaw mix – you can always make your own too!
- 1/2 Cup of Vegan Mayo
- 2 TBSP of Dijon Mustard
- 1 TBSP of Tamari
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- 1/2 Cup of Raisins
Toppings
- Cotija Cheese
- Avocado
- Salsa Verde

- Cut tofu into small squares and place into bowl. Add bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon of corn starch, rosemary, black pepper, salt, and garlic powder. Mix well and place in air fryer for 20 minutes or until brown and crispy.
- While tofu is cooking. prepare the slaw. Combine slaw, vegan mayo, dijon mustard, tamari, salt, black pepper, and raisins. We eye ball most of these ingredients so tasting this throughout mixing is key. Feel free to add a little bit more of anything. We usually add extra raisins because we love the sweetness.
- Toast the Siete wraps for a few minutes on the stove before assembling. Then add tofu, slaw, avocado, cheese, and salsa verde.
