Staying Warm While Being Savvy

Happy Hump Day! Yeah, that sounded way cooler in our heads. Well, we are halfway through the week everyone. We hope you all are recovering from the aftermath of Jonas. We decided to dig our car out from the snow mountain it was in and head to NJ earlier this week. Toby loves running through the burbs so we thought we would take him along. We decided to take Toby and his Aunt Bella (Yes, she’s a dog) for a quick walk through the neighborhood. With the cold weather, we made sure to bundle up. Snow calls for turtlenecks and scarves. As you know, we are all about a good deal. Though we would love to own tons of high-end pieces, we are just as happy with our Target and H&M finds. Not one part of our outfits were bought full price. Go us! But seriously, why spend more than you have to? Wouldn’t you rather use that money for a night out? Or a latte in the morning? Well, at least, that’s how we think. Long winter coats are really popular right now. They are great for making any outfit a bit more sophisticated. Chelsea boots are also all the rage right now. We love these boots because we are lazy and don’t have to tie our shoes. Okay, that’s a joke. But they really are so comfortable and look so sharp with a nice pair of jeans. Though we love shopping for the sake of shopping (we know, it’s a problem), try thinking of it as a game. Give yourself a limit. Challenge yourself to find x amount of deals all for under, say $100.00. You’ll be surprised just what you can find if you actually keep your eyes peeled.
