CHIA PUDDING
INGREDIENTS
4-5 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds
1 Cup of Almond Milk
1/2 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
DIRECTIONS
Combine ingredients in bowl. Mix thoroughly. Place in fridge for 15-20 minutes or until pudding-like consistency is achieved.
Top with your choice of treats! We chose to top our chia pudding with strawberries, blueberries, and cinnamon.
