PUMPKIN SPICE PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
  • Protein Powder (we prefer pea protein but use whatever you’d like)
  • Dash of Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 Scoop of Favorite Greens Powder
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 2 TBSP Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 TBSP Peanut Butter
  • 1 TBSP Hemp Seeds

Directions

Combine ingredients in blender. Enjoy! P.S. We’ve been using this blender lately and LOVE it. Highly recommend!
