Happy Thursday Everyone! We are SO close to the weekend we can feel the warmth of our bed on Saturday morning. Toby can’t wait to just snuggle with us, too! Aside from our excitement for the weekend, we hope you guys have had a great week so far. We thought we would share part of our week with you, as if we don’t do that enough already! We live in the city, but we have family just over the bridge in New Jersey. Every week, we cross the state line (that sounds so dramatic) for TACO TUESDAY! Yes, you heard it. Who doesn’t love a good taco feast?! This night not only gives us an excuse to pig out, but gives us much-needed family time. You all are well aware that we love spending time with family. Don’t worry, Toby comes along for the ride too! He gets to play and run around, so he is in heaven. This night gives our family the chance to work together in the kitchen. Someone is on meat duty, while someone else cuts the veggies. Hey, there’s no “I” in team. After everything is cooked and plated, we all sit down and catch up on the latest in each other’s lives. We are all so busy, so it’s nice to know we have this one day to get together. We highly suggest hosting your own Taco Tuesday. Oh, and we can’t disclose how many tacos we ate, but let’s just say we lost count.
