Hi Guys! We hope your Tuesday has treated you well. To sweeten your day, we thought we would share with you a tasty dessert that is totally guilt-free. Unless you eat the entire tray. Cough Cough. These healthy chocolate-covered strawberries are seriously addicting. Everyone loves to eat dessert but summer is right about the corner and we all want to be beach ready. You are going to love this version on everyone’s favorite chocolate-dipped fruit. The best part about this tasty dessert is the LACK of effort it takes. This recipe is super quick. That means you will be sinking your teeth into these treats in no time.
Healthy Chocolate-Covered Strawberries
Ingredients
Handful of dates (pitted)
2 Cups Almond Milk
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Cacao Powder
A Few Drops of Liquid Stevia
Strawberries
Directions
Combine dates, almond milk, cinnamon, cacao, and stevia in blender. Blend until creamy.
Dip strawberries into chocolate mixture and place on tray. Place strawberries in fridge for 1 hour to harden.
Voila! You’ve got yourself a healthy dessert in a matter of minutes (excluding the fridge time). We highly suggest trying these out. We promise they won’t disappoint. Oh, and save that extra dip for later. We dipped our strawberries again to make it even better. Enjoy!
