We’ve been thinking of different health tips we can pass along to you during these uncertain times. One thing we do pretty often is drink lemon chlorella water. This is something that has helped our health tremendously over the years. We’ve been more consistent with it lately given the state of things right now — trying to pack in all the nutrients!
Before we added chlorella into our diet, we did a ton of research. It’s always important to really understand what you are putting into your body. Here’s the obvious disclaimer: we aren’t doctors! This just works for us. Studies show there are a ton of benefits to this green algae. Yes, we did say algae but don’t freak out. It comes in the form of a green powder so it’s not like you are eating something from a pond lol. We buy our chlorella powder from OMG!. You can usually find it at your local health food store. It’s inexpensive and lasts a long time.
