We’ve been trying to be a bit more creative with our snacks recently. Here’s the recipe for a quick and easy matcha yogurt bowl. Happy snacking! xo
INGREDIENTS
1 Serving of coconut yogurt – we used Chobani
1 Packet/1 TBSP matcha
1 TSP Maca powder – you can find at any health food store
A handful of hemp seeds – from Trader Joe’s
Slivered almonds – we get ours from Trader Joe’s
Blueberries
Blackberries
Banana
DIRECTIONS
Mix yogurt, matcha, and maca powder. Top with hemp seeds, almonds, blueberries, banana, and blackberries. That’s it! Enjoy!
