It’s dessert time! We have been obsessed with these cookies lately and of course had to share with you guys! These cookies are super healthy and SUPER easy. The best part is the number of ingredients: THREE. We love dessert just as much as the next person but we like to eat pretty healthy. That’s why these cookies are so great. You can indulge a bit without feeling guilty. We guarantee you will be running to the kitchen after taking a look at these bad boys.


Three Ingredient Cookies

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 Cups Gluten-Free Rolled Oats

2 Handfuls Goji Berries

3 Ripe Bananas (Look for brown speckles)

DIRECTIONS

Mash bananas and combine with oats and berries. Mix well. Roll into balls and place onto baking sheet (coat with coconut oil). Flatten cookies with fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown.
